His incredibly long cooldowns and a measly single accuracy down debuff on ougi - which doesn't even consistently connect - don't inspire confidence in a seasonal 2025 character. Despite these flaws he's still a core character for fire HL solos or any ougi compositions, indisputably so if you already own Higurashi. With S. Atum and G. Yuel occupying two team slots, the third slot is suddenly extremely flexible.
