Minstral also works really well in CA looping team as its CA allow it to reduce CD down and if you utlize apsaras, you can treat the MC as some bar while also giving CA bar gain up

It is a shame that i manage to get Mistral after GW but i finally got it and it is a really fun weapon to use. Not only it provide a ton of damage, its utility whether in clearing debuff or dispel is insane.
